How much time will it take for my order to be delivered ?
Order delivery takes 3-5 working days after it is placed, unless otherwise stated. By logging in into your Bergamot Beauté account and using your unique order/tracking ID, you can track your order. Please note, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We would be more than happy to assist you through the process

Can I alter or modify my order after it has been placed?
Changes are possible for orders that haven’t entered the shipping process.
We can change or cancel your order before it is ready for distribution, as well as change the shipping information.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

Please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all types of payments, including net banking, debit card, credit card, UPI, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is the COD option accessible throughout India?
Yes, COD is offered all over India. But in addition to the amount in your cart, all cash on delivery orders are charged Rs. 99.

NOTE: Orders over Rs. 1100 are not eligible for cash on delivery.

Are there any additional charges for the COD option?
Yes, order for cash on delivery carries an extra fee of Rs. 99.

How can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What is your return policy?
Bergamot Beautè will only accept a return or replacement if the item is inaccurate, damaged upon delivery, or both. In these circumstances, the product must be intact and unused. The item must be in the original packaging and come with the product invoice. Other than that, after a product has been delivered, we adhere to a no-return policy. It is compulsory to share a video of the product getting unpacked for hassle free return.

What to do if I receive a damaged product?
Please call our customer care team at +91 9319570926 or WhatsApp us as soon as you discover any damaged or flawed products. It would be preferred if you can get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the flawed products is compulsory to share a video of the product getting unpacked for hassle free return.
